History of Otari:

Otari is founded in 1964 by former TEAC engineer Masayuki Hosoda with Mitsuo Takeawa the company grow from 4 employees to a 200 in three factories and one HQ building in 1974. Sales over $5 million in 1974. The name Otari came from Hosoda his father he lived in the so called Japanese "Alps" that carried this name.
