14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who purchase an item through our online store have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

The item may be inspected as you would in a physical shop but must not be used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and operation. Any loss in value caused by excessive use may be deducted from the refund.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. Once the return has been received or proof of shipment has been provided, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not functioning as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include a clear description of the problem and, where possible, photographs or a video showing the damage or defect.

If the issue is covered by the statutory guarantee, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you. This includes reasonable return shipping costs. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate or cannot be completed within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Vintage and Used Equipment

Many of our products are vintage or previously used. Normal signs of age and use, such as scratches, discolouration or other cosmetic wear, are not considered defects when they have been clearly described or shown before purchase.

Items explicitly sold as “as-is,” “untested,” “defective,” “for repair” or “for parts” are not covered for faults that were clearly disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase. This does not exclude your statutory rights regarding undisclosed defects or items that do not match their description.

These terms apply to consumer purchases and do not limit any mandatory rights provided by Dutch or European consumer law.
