For sale: an original vintage NDR – Hamburg equipment transport case.
The case appears to have been used by Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) in Hamburg, most likely for transporting professional broadcast, studio or technical equipment. The large “NDR-Hamburg” markings, old inventory/transport labels and red-and-white warning stripes give it a very distinctive former-broadcast appearance.
It is now empty and would work well as a display piece, storage case, prop, broadcast memorabilia item or restoration project.
NDR has a long broadcasting history in Hamburg, making surviving equipment and accessories from its technical operations interesting to collectors of German broadcasting history.
