For sale:
a Pioneer PD-Z72T Twin-Tray Compact Disc Player, a distinctive Japanese-made stereo CD player from 1989.
Unlike conventional single-disc players or carousel changers, the PD-Z72T features two separate front-loading CD trays. This allows two CDs to be loaded simultaneously, with the option to automatically continue playback from one disc to the next.
The player uses a digital filter and twin D/A converters for stereo audio reproduction. Its unusual dual-tray arrangement makes it an interesting alternative to traditional CD changers while maintaining a compact, classic hi-fi appearance.
This example is fully working and comes in good used condition.
