For sale: a Revox B225 CD player, a classic Swiss-made digital source component from Revox.
This unit received extensive service after showing occasional unusual characters on the display and frequent skipping during CD playback. The original laser had deteriorated too far to be adjusted successfully, so a donor laser mechanism was installed, restoring proper CD operation.
The player was subsequently cleaned, adjusted, and subjected to a prolonged test.

The Revox is in used vintage condition.
- General signs of age and previous use may be present
- The unit has previously been worked on internally by other technicians
- According to the service report, much of the unit had already been recapped and this work was considered reasonably well done
