a Roland U-220 RS-PCM Sound Module, a vintage 19-inch rackmount synthesizer module introduced in 1989.

The U-220 is a multitimbral digital sound generator built around Roland's RS-PCM (ReSynthesized PCM) technology. Designed for MIDI-based music production, it offers a selection of sampled instrument sounds, including acoustic and electric pianos, strings, brass, guitars, basses, percussion and synthesizer tones.

With six independent instrument parts plus a rhythm section, the U-220 can be integrated into a MIDI studio setup and controlled using an external keyboard, sequencer or computer.

The module also features built-in digital effects, multiple audio outputs and two PCM card slots for expanding its sound library.

Cosmetic Condition:

Good used vintage condition.

• Some scratches and light surface marks on the metal housing.

• Minor cosmetic wear around the rack mounting brackets.

• The front panel appears generally neat, with its original buttons and controls present.

• The LCD screen illuminates and displays text.

• Both PCM card slots are visible on the front panel.

• Please refer to the photographs for the exact cosmetic condition.
