For sale: an Akai 4000DS MKII reel-to-reel recorder in black, a classic 3-head open-reel tape machine from Akai.

This unit has been serviced and fitted with new belts. It remains a solid vintage machine, though it does show some cosmetic damage from previous use.

The recorder is in used condition.

• One side has a dent in the corner
• The front plate is slightly bent along the top
• General age-related marks and wear may be present
